AmericanGap.org –  nonprofit accreditation and standards-setting organization for Gap Years
City Year – City Year works to bridge the gap in high-poverty communities between the support that students actually need, and what their schools are designed and resourced to provide. They help to increase graduation rates across the country, and change the lives of the students they serve.
AmeriCorps – AmeriCorps engages more than 75,000 Americans in intensive service each year at nonprofits, schools, public agencies, and community and faith-based groups across the country. 
NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) –  NOLS believes in positive, ethical leaders change the world. Based on this belief, NOLS has become the leader in wilderness education. NOLS takes students of all ages on remote wilderness expeditions and teaches them technical outdoor skills, leadership, and environmental ethics.
OutwardBound – Outward Bound is a non-profit educational organization and expedition school that serves people of all ages and backgrounds through challenging learning expeditions that inspire self-discovery, both in and out of the classroom.  Outward Bound delivers programs using unfamiliar settings as a way for students to experience adventure and challenge in a way that helps participants discover that they can do more than they thought possible.
CIEE Travel Abroad (Council on International Educational Exchange)– offers the tools to create a custom program built around your needs, and the resources and support necessary to explore a new culture in ways that were previously unimaginable.
